There is a washer and dryer in every apartment

Mailboxes are centrally located in the middle of the property

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

This is a gated community.  Your guest will need to call your apartment from the callbox at the main entrance of the property to gain access.

Curbside trash pick up on M, W, & F.  PLease put trash out by 9am on day of pick up.  Please do not place trash out the night before.

 

There is also a trash compactor in the SW corner of the property
