Specific arrangement regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your “temporary home” as complete as possible. Parking is open and unassigned. Please do not parking in area's that are reserved, numbered, or a no parking zones, it may result in a fine or being towed. If you coordinated a reserved, covered or garage prior to your move-in please refer to your move-in instructions. • When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation. • Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment. • Please leave all keys and access cards in envelope provided and take to the apt. community office. • If you need to extend your stay, please contact Oakwood Corporate Housing at 800.319.3303 or 713.995.5111
