The apartments are equipped with a washer and dryer.

Mailboxes are located at the entrance near the garage. Mail keys will be in your apartment along with information on the mailbox number.

If you are not at home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Leasing Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, conditions or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

This is a gated community therefore visitors will need to use the intercom callbox to call your apartment from the gated entrance to gain access to the community. Please ensure your visitors park in unassigned parking areas.
