Cats and dogs are permitted at Oakwood Apartments with the proper Pet Addendum and Pet Deposit of $500.00 per pet ($200 refundable/$300 non-refundable).  Please contact the Leasing Office if you are bringing your pet with you or will obtain one during your stay.  Total weight of ALL PETS in the apartment must not exceed 25lbs (full grown).  Additional $15 per month Dog Rent applies ($15 monthly/per dog).

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of it's own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

• An Express Check-Out envelope has been provided for return of your keys, access cards, gate remotes and/or garage door openers issued to you at your arrival. Please place these items in this envelope upon your departure.
• Should you need to extend your stay, please contact our local office at 713.995.5111.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 713.874.1313.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 713.874.1313 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Parking is available in the parking garage, please refer to your move-in instructions for the proper access codes.
