This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests if a signature is not required. However, Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of the packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community’s leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Please be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community leasing office.  If a signature is required and you are not at home, the delivery service is responsible for notifying you of the delivery and how you can obtain your package. If you are expecting a package, please be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender.

If you are expecting a guest, he/she must use main entrance of the apartment community. There is a directory located at the entrance to contact and gain access.

We at Oakwood take pride in our apartments and we strive to provide our guests with the best possible service. We are also proud to take an active role in assuring that we are ENERGY AWARE and do all we can to conserve. Not only does Oakwood make every effort to keep our pricing as low as possible, we strive to conserve our energy resources as well. Conservation reduces expenses and helps the environment.
