Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in.
If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier.

This property does not have access gates. Your move-in instructions will include your parking space number. Please park in your designated parking space to eliminate being towed. You are also welcome to park in any uncovered open space that is not marked.

- Please leave all keys and access devices (click cards & garage remotes) in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter.
- In the event that you need your apartment key to lock the door when you leave, please leave all access devices on the kitchen counter, place the apartment key in the envelope provided and leave at the Leasing Office located on the property.
- If keys and access items are not returned upon move out or have been lost, you will be charged a replacement fee of $25 per key/access card and $50 per remote/opener.
- If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 801.261.1114.
- When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
