Rental Guidelines
Pet Costs
Pets Allowed
  • Corporate Housing:  Oakwood will collect a non-refundable, one-time fee of $300.00 if a guest brings a pet(s). This fee will not cover damages; all pet related damages will be assessed and charged upon guest departure. Additional rent may be applicable.
  • Residential Housing:  Oakwood will collect a refundable deposit of $300.00 plus an additional $60.00 in monthly rent if a guest brings a pet(s). All pet related damages will be assessed and deducted from the $300.00 deposit with the balance being refunded. Any damages exceeding $300.00 will be an additional charge to be paid upon guest departure.
  • Short Term Stays:  Oakwood will collect a $10.00 fee per day if a guest staying less than 30 days brings a pet(s). Any pet related damages will be assessed and charged to the guest’s credit card upon departure if necessary.


Check In Procedure
We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.



Check In Time

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in.

If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.



Key Pickup
Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing.  If do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 801.261.1114


Arriving at your Apartment
In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable.  This will make locating your apartment much easier.
 
Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible.  If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 801.261.1114 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.


Parking and Access Gates
This property does not have access gates.  Your move-in instructions will include your parking space number.  Please park in your designated parking space to eliminate being towed.  You are also welcome to park in any uncovered open space that is not marked.


Check Out Procedures
  • Please leave all keys and access devices (click cards & garage remotes) in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter.
  • In the event that you need your apartment key to lock the door when you leave, please leave all access devices on the kitchen counter, place the apartment key in the envelope provided and leave at the Leasing Office located on the property.
  • If keys and access items are not returned upon move out or have been lost, you will be charged a replacement fee of $25 per key/access card and $50 per remote/opener.
  • If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 801.261.1114.
  • When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
