Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in.
If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 801.261.1114.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 801.261.1114 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

This property does not have access gates. Your move-in instructions will include your parking space number and a parking tag will be left inside your apartment. IMMEDIATELY place tag in your window. Please park only in your designated parking space or any unmarked open space available.

- Please leave all keys and access devices (click cards & garage remotes) in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter.
- In the event that you need your apartment key to lock the door when you leave, please leave all access devices on the kitchen counter, place the apartment key in the envelope provided and leave at the Leasing Office located on the property.
- If keys and access items are not returned upon move out or have been lost, you will be charged a replacement fee of $25 per key/access card and $50 per remote/opener.
- If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 801.261.1114.
- When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
