• Breed Restrictions: No pitbulls, rotweillers, dobermans, chows.
• No weight limit.
• Non-refundable pet fee of $400.00.
• Pet rent: $25/month for pets less than 35lbs; $35/month for pets over 35lbs.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a plesant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

 Check in time is 3:30pm on the commencing day of your lease. Please call your local contact prior to arrival if this conflicts with your schedule. You do not need to check in with the on-site leasing office.

 

 Where applicable, we will provide you with key pick-up instructions and access codes after you have returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

Open parking no access gates. You will have parking passes placed in your apartment and are required to display these in your vehicle upon arrival. Please ask visitor to be respectfull of the visitor parking spaces.

Please leave all keys and access devices (click cards & garage remotes) in the envelope provided and return to the leasing office.

If you plan on departing after 5:00 PM on your check out day, please contact our office 800.870.1063.  We will install a lock box on your door for you to leave the door key.

If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 800.870.1063.

When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.

There will be a $50 lost key charge for those not returned.
