Mail boxes are located on the first level at the entrace to each building.
Visitors can see the rental office for access. If after business hours residents can use the call box located at the entrace to call Oakwood Security for access.
Enjoy the convenience of doing laundry at home! Full size washer and dryer included in all corporate units.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
