Rental Guidelines
Pet Costs
Pets Allowed
  • Corporate Housing:  Oakwood will collect a non-refundable, one-time fee of $300.00 if a guest brings a pet(s). This fee will not cover damages; all pet related damages will be assessed and charged upon guest departure. Additional rent may be applicable.
  • Residential Housing:  Oakwood will collect a refundable deposit of $300.00 plus an additional $60.00 in monthly rent if a guest brings a pet(s). All pet related damages will be assessed and deducted from the $300.00 deposit with the balance being refunded. Any damages exceeding $300.00 will be an additional charge to be paid upon guest departure.
  • Short Term Stays:  Oakwood will collect a $10.00 fee per day if a guest staying less than 30 days brings a pet(s). Any pet related damages will be assessed and charged to the guest’s credit card upon departure if necessary.


Check In Procedure
We welcome you and hope your stay at this property will be a pleasurable experience. Please inspect your apartment upon arrival and notify us of any problems as soon as possible. You may reach our office at 425.201.4600. You will be provided with all necessary keys at move-in.

Feel free to ask questions or let us know if something is not to your liking...we want you to be delighted with your stay at Oakwood.


Check In Time

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 PM on your scheduled day of move in.

If you require early check in please contact our office at least one business day in advance of your move in day to check on the availability.



Key Pickup
Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Worldwide. If you do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 425.201.4600.


Arriving at your Apartment
In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as comfortable as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 425.201.4600 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.


Parking and Access Gates
This community has access gates and will require you to use your door key to enter. Once inside the property, parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. One parking space per apartment is complimentary.  A second parking space is available for $100 per month or $5 per day if you are staying less than 30 days.


Check Out Procedures
  • A 14-day written notice is required before vacating your apartment
  • Check out time in 11:00AM
  • Prior to your departure please set the heat at 60°F
  • Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing
  • Please leave all remotes, passcards and keys except for one door key on the kitchen counter when vacating 
  • There is a $50 charge for each gate card or garage remote that is not returned upon move-out.
