Washer/dryer machines are in every apartment.

The mailboxes for each apartment are located in the front lobby of the building.

 If you are not home, all Postal Service and other delivery service companies will attempt delivery on the next business day. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries and making arrangements for alternate delivery dates.Guests should make alternative arrangements for the delivery of packages as there is no porter at this building.

There is an intercom system outside the apartment block.

All rubbish is to be discarded by the individual guest into the garbage cupboard which is situated behind two white doors under the 11 Well Court sign at the front of the building.
