We welcome you and hope that your stay at Cascades will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Coportate Housing and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check in anytime after 3:30 pm. on your scheduled day of move in. If you require an early check in please contact us at least four (4) business days in advance of your move in for availability.

We will provide detailed instructions on how to access your keys from the lockbox which will be on your apartment door upon completion of your reservation paperwork. At this community it is necessary to check in between 3:30pm & 5:30pm. We would be please to send you keys prior to your arrival if these arrangements will ot be convenient for you. Please feel free to call us at 800.736.8624 with any questions we may answer about your check in.

Upon arriving to your apartment you will find a welcome letter providing you with valuable information about the area and community as well as parking assignments, your phone number, and mailbox number. Inside the apartment you will also find a mailbox key and any additional amenity keys and remotes needed for your home away from home. Should you have any difficulty, emergency customer service may be called 24 hours a day at 800.736.8624.

Carports or garages are assigned to each apartment. The unnumbered spaces noted 24 hour visitor parking may be used for visitors only. A permit is not required in the community. Inoperable vehicles, commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, boats, or storage units are not permitted in the parking stalls. Any vehicles not in accordance with parking regulations will be towed at the owners expense. A card for the gate will be provided at check in for future use when entering and leaving the community.

- Please leave all keys and access devices (click cards & garage remotes) in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter. If you are unable to lock the apartment without a key please call the Oakwood office for alternative arrangements.
- If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 800-736-8624
- When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice to "Oakwood Corporate Housing" from resident or corporation.
