There is a full sized washer and dryer in most units, select apartments have stackable machines.
Mail boxes are located in front of each building.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
Visitors must get the key code from a resident to gain entrance.
There are trash dumpsters on the property.
