Each condo is equipped with a full washer and dryer for your convenience.

Are located on the first floor by the parking structure entrance. Please refer to your move-in instructions for your mailbox number.

The office onsite staff will accept packages on behalf of our residents. There is a weight and height limitation to this service due to limited storage availability on behalf of the community. They will hold packages for only a couple of days then they send the packages back to vendor. Please notify your delivery service for this option. Please be prepared to show photo identification. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. 

This is not a gated community. There are uncovered open spaces that visitors can park in and it is on a first come first bases.
