Pools & Spas: There are two pools & one spa located behind the leasing office. The hours are between 7am & 10pm. A pool pass will be provided at move in and is needed for all amenities at this community.

 

Gym Facilities: The gym is located on the bottom floor of the leasing office. The hours are from 6am to 12am.

 

Business Center: Is located next to the leasing office. The hours are 6am to 10pm. Internet access, fax and copy machines are available free of charge.

 

Club House: The clubhouse is located on the bottom floor of the leasing office and may be used from 6am to 10pm.

 

Theater: The theater is located next to the leasing office and may be used upon request to the leasing office.

 

Dry Cleaning: The dry cleaning is next to the pool upstairs. Hours: M-F 7-9am & 5-8pm, Sat 9-1pm.

 

Basketball & Tennis Courts: Are located above the Irvine Avenue parking structure near the pool and dry cleaners. Hours are 7am-10pm.

 

Volleyball Courts: Are located in front of the K building and behind the pool area. Hours are 7am-10pm.

Washers and Dryers are located in the laundry rooms centrally located throughout the property by most elevators. The machines use prepaid laundry cards. Those cards may be purchased on the bottom level of the leasing office in the gym. The cards require a minimum of a five dollar bill to purchase & activate. Two dollars is for the cost of the card and the remaining amount will be towards the machines. To add more money to the card simply re-insert the card at any later time and follow the instructions on the machine.

Visitors may call residents from the call boxes located outside the main foot gates. To have you name programmed in the call box please contact the Oakwood Worldwide office and we would be pleased to make these arrangements for you.
