We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcomed to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in after 3:30 pm on your scheduled move in day. Should you require an early arrival please contact the local Oakwood Worldwide office at 800-866-2401 or 858-496-2000.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 858-496-2000.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to the apartment community. The move-in instructions will also include a gate code for the apartment community if applicable.

Once inside the property, please locate your assigned parking space. This information will be listed on the move-in instructions. Please do not park in any other marked space, this may result in your car being towed.

 

 If the apartment community is gated, you will find your gate remotes in the apartment.

* A 30-day written notice is required before vacating your apartment.

* Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.

* Please leave all remotes, passcards and keys except for one door key on the kitchen counter.

*You have been provided with an express check-out envelope in your move-in binder. Please place the one key you use to lock the apartment door into the envelope and leave it with the leasing office or drop it in the night drop box at the leasing office.
