Rental Guidelines
Pet Costs
Pets Allowed
  • Corporate Housing:  Oakwood will collect a non-refundable, one-time fee of $300.00 if a guest brings a pet(s). This fee will not cover damages; all pet related damages will be assessed and charged upon guest departure. Additional rent may be applicable.
  • Residential Housing:  Oakwood will collect a refundable deposit of $300.00 plus an additional $60.00 in monthly rent if a guest brings a pet(s). All pet related damages will be assessed and deducted from the $300.00 deposit with the balance being refunded. Any damages exceeding $300.00 will be an additional charge to be paid upon guest departure.
  • Short Term Stays:  Oakwood will collect a $10.00 fee per day if a guest staying less than 30 days brings a pet(s). Any pet related damages will be assessed and charged to the guest’s credit card upon departure if necessary.


Check In Procedure
Welcome! We hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Each community has rules and policies to make your stay a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we are happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.
 
A 24 hour concierege is in the lobby. Welcome packets and guest information is left at the desk with the concierege.


Check In Time
Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you require an early check in, please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.


Key Pickup
Your apartment keys will be ready for you to pick up at the 24 hour concierege desk located in the lobby. Welcome packets and guest information is left at the desk with the concierege as well.
In order to allow us time to properly prepare your apartment, please do not attempt to check in prior to 3:30 PM on the date of your arrival.


Arriving at your Apartment
In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your “temporary home” as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival please contact us at 415-658-0830 or 800-531-1118 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.


Parking and Access Gates
Parking should be arranged prior to move in, you will receive an access card upon check in that will give you access to the parking garage.
 


Check Out Procedures
  • A 30-day written notice is required before vacating your apartment.
  • Prior to your departure please set the heat at 60° F and/or the AC at 78° F.
  • Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.
  • Please leave all remotes, pass cards, and keys except for one door key on the kitchen counter when vacating
  • There is a $50 charge for each gate card or garage remote that is not returned upon move-out.
  • You have been provided with an express check-out envelope in your move-in binder. Please place the one key you use to lock the apartment door into the envelope and leave this in the night drop at the apartment office.
