Rental Guidelines
Pet Costs
Pets Allowed
  • Corporate Housing:  Oakwood will collect a non-refundable, one-time fee of $300.00 if a guest brings a pet(s). This fee will not cover damages; all pet related damages will be assessed and charged upon guest departure. Additional rent may be applicable.
  • Residential Housing:  Oakwood will collect a refundable deposit of $300.00 plus an additional $60.00 in monthly rent if a guest brings a pet(s). All pet related damages will be assessed and deducted from the $300.00 deposit with the balance being refunded. Any damages exceeding $300.00 will be an additional charge to be paid upon guest departure.
  • Short Term Stays:  Oakwood will collect a $10.00 fee per day if a guest staying less than 30 days brings a pet(s). Any pet related damages will be assessed and charged to the guest’s credit card upon departure if necessary.


Check In Procedure
We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each property has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be hpappy to provide you with all of the information that you need.


Check In Time
  • Please lock the door and place the keys, remotes and access devices in the envelope provided and turn into the leasing office or leave in the night drop box located at the leasing office.
  • All extention are based on availability. If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 650.528.5060.
  • When vacating your apartment, all rentals of 30 days or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice by the resident or corporation.


Key Pickup
Specific arrangements regarding how you will access the keys to your apartment will be sent to you after all required reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you did not receive your move in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 800-940-7909 or 650528-5060.


Arriving at your Apartment
In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier.
 
Every effort has been made to make your “home away from home” as complete as possible. If there is anything that is not up to your standards when you arrive, please call us at XXX.XXX.XXXX or XXX.XXX.XXXX and we will take care of it as soon as possible.


Check Out Procedures
When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.
 
Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment.
 
Please leave all keys and access cards in envelope provided and take to the apt. community office.
 
If you need to extend your stay, please contact Oakwood Corporate Housing at XXX.XXX.XXXX or XXX.XXX.XXXX.
 
$50 will be charged for any unreturned keys, access cards or remotes.


Parking and Access Gates
Please refer to your move in instructions for your specific parking assignment and the gate codes for your community.
 
If parking is open or unassigned, please do not park in areas that are reserved, numbered, or labeled no parking zones. Parking in these areas may result in a fine and/or in being towed. Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for any fines or towing charges.
