A business center is located in the leasing office, offering high speed Internet access, fax machine, and color copier. Hours are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. There is a state of the art fitness center located in the main lobby building. It is available for your use from 6:00 AM - midnight. There is a dog park located next to the community on Olympic. To enter the dog park, press number 2 and 4 at the same time. Release, then press 3. Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.
There are 3 mailbox centers. They are located on the 1st floor by all 3 elevators (please see community map).
All delivery services will first attempt to deliver your package(s) directly to your apartment. If you are not home at the time of the delivery, your package(s) will be left with the leasing office. You can pick up your packages during leasing office hours with a valid photo ID. Please note, the leasing office is unable to receive large boxes.
If you have a visitor, please have them go to main console located in the front of the building or to the second console located on the 1st floor of the parking structure next to the elevator. They will look up your apartment number and find a corresponding code. When they enter the code it will ring your apartment. Ti give them access, press #9 on your phone.
Note: Your faab key may need to be updated upon arrival. Please contact our office at 800-773-1500 to request an update.

Trash chutes are located on every floor by the parking garage elevator.
