There are laundry facilities in each building on A-Level.
Mail boxes are located on the 1st floor in the lobby.
Visitors must check in with the 24-Hour Door Attendant.
There are trash chutes on every floor.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
