Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing.  If you do not receive your move in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 203-967-2414.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include the number of your apartment.  This will make locating your unit much easier.

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible.  If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 203-967-2414 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Once inside the property, please locate your assigned parking space or garage.  This will be listed in your move in instructions.  Please do not park in any numbered space other than your own as this may result in your car being towed.  If someone is already parked in your space, please park in visitors parking and contact us at 203-967-2414.

• A 30 day written notice is required before vacating your apartment.
• Prior to your departure please set the heat at 60*F and/or AC at 78*F
• Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.
• Please leave all remotes, passcards and keys with the leasing office in a marked envelope.  There is a $50 charge for each items that is not returned.
• If you need to extend your stay, please call our office at 203-967-2414 and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
