Each condo is equipped with a washer/dryer.

The mailboxes are located on the first floor of each building in the breezeway furthest to the right. The mailboxes are marked with the apartment number.

Each condo has either a 1 car garage with a driveway or one assigned parking space marked with the apartment number.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
