Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in.
If you requrie an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office at 813.890.0182.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier.
Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 813.890.0182 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

This community has access gates and will require you to enter a code upon entry. This code will be sent to you in your move-in instructions.
Once inside the property, parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
|
|
|
- A 30 day written notice is required before vacating your apartment.
- Prior to your departure please set the heat at 60degrees and the AC at 78 degrees.
- Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.
- Please leave all remotes, passcards except for one door key on the kitchen counter when vacating.
- You have been provided with an express check-out envelope in your move-in binder. Please place the one key you use to lock the apartment door into the envelope and leave this in the night drop at the apartment office.
- If you need to extend your stay, please call our office at 813.890.0182 and we will do everything we can to accommodate your need.
