All apartments have washer/dryer hook-ups. Full size washer and dryers are provided in all 1,2 and 3 bedroom apratments in Phase I. Washer and dryers are available in select units in Phase II. There is no on-site laundry facility located on this property.

If you are not at home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Leasing Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. The Leasing Office will hold all packages for up to 7 days after delivery.  Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, conditions or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

This apartment community is not a gated community. Visitors are welcome. Please park in the available spaces provided. Please do not park in the covered parking areas. Cars will be towed at owners expense if parked in the covered spaces.

We at Oakwood take pride in our apartments and we strive to provide our guests with the best possible service. We are also proud to take an active role in assuring that we are ENERGY AWARE and do all we can to conserve. Not only does Oakwood make every effort to keep our pricing as low as possible, we strive to conserve our energy resources as well. Conservation reduces expenses and helps the environment.
