Each apartment comes equipped with a washer and dryer.

All apartment mail boxes are located by the club house.

This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however, Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community leasing office if you are expecting a package.

 

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the leasing office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests of their deliveries.

 

Packages are accepted at the clubhouse/office and will be held for 7 days.

This apartment community is not a gated community. Visitors are welcome. Please park in the available spaces provided. Please do not park in the covered parking areas. Cars will be towed at owners expense if parked in the covered spaces.

We at Oakwood take pride in our apartments and we strive to provide our guests with the best possible service. We are also proud to take an active role in assuring that we are ENERGY AWARE and do all we can to conserve. Not only does Oakwood make every effort to keep our pricing as low as possible, we strive to conserve our energy resources as well. Conservation reduces expenses and helps the environment.
