There is a washer and dryer in every apartment.  Please note that your washer & dryer is a one unit machine that requires a specific type of laundry detergent. The detergent is made by most major brands and is identified by “he” on the label. Make sure you purchase the “he” type of detergent to use in this machine, so you don’t risk flooding over.

Mailboxes are located on the first floor in the lobby.  Your mailbox number coincides with your unit number. 

This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community’s leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Please be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community leasing office.

If you are expecting a guest, please remember that you are responsible for informing them of community rules and procedures.
