Swimming Pool Hours: 11AM to 8PM from Memorial Day to Labor Day (located on the 8th floor)

Fitness Center Hours: 24 Hours  (located on the 8th floor)

Business Center Hours: 24 Hours  (located on the 2nd floor)

 

• Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer in a sperate washing area or seperate closet area.
•  There are several local dry cleaners located convieniently with in close proximity to the community.
• Please note that these business and dry cleaners are not affiliated with Oakwood Worldwide.

• Mailboxes at this community are located in the main lobby of the building between the concierge desk and the elevators. Simply walk straight through the main entrance and the mailboxes will be directly in front of you.

• If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the leasing office. All delivery service are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail.
• Please contact the community's leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service.

Please be prepared to show photo identificatin and package slip at the community leasing office. Packages are accepted by the leasing office during normal office hours.

• Visitors must be met at the front door or buzzed in by the leasing office or security guard.
• Visitors will need to arrange parking and access to the building unless there is open parking and open access to the building.
