Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. Specific arrangements regarding how you will access the keys to your apartment will be sent to you after all required reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you did not receive your move in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 800.944.3279 or 913.492.1231

In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your “home away from home” as complete as possible. If there is anything that is not up to your standards when you arrive, please call us at 800.944.3279 or 913.492.1231 and we will take care of it as soon as possible.

- All residents may park in the uncovered spaces provided.
- Covered parking may be available for an add'l charge.
- Vehicles must be in operating condition with current registration.
- Vehicle storage is not permitted.
- Do not park in red zones or fire lanes.
- Illegally parked vehicles will be towed at owner's expense.

- Please leave all keys and access cards in envelope provided and take to the apt. community office.
- If you need to extend your stay, please contact Oakwood Corporate Housing at 913-492-1231.
- When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.
