Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.
Please consult your welcome binder for your mailbox location.
This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however, Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community leasing office if you are expecting a package.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the leasing office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests of their deliveries.
The leasing office will accept up to 3 small packages per unit at one time. Packages must be picked up within 2 days of delivery during normal leasing hours.
- Vistors are granted access with a code to the building or they can call the apartment of the person they are visiting and be granted building access.
