We welcome you and hope that your stay at 1420 Magnolia will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the 1420 Magnolia community. Remember that 1420 Magnolia has a community of its own which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you and your neighbors. If you have any questions about this community, we will be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

At the time of your reservation, you will recieve information on checking into your apartment.

Our standard check in time is 3:30 PM. You will be provided with move in instructions and lockbox code when we receive your signed reservation paperwork.

We will provide you with key pick-up instructions and access codes after you have returned any reservation paperwork sent to you. Your keys will be in a lockbox prior to your scheduled day of arrival.

When you arrive at your apartment please make yourself at home. Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible.  Please call us at 704.588.4668 with any questions or concerns.

Upon move-in you will be given a gate access code which will allow you entrance to the property.
Parking is open to residents and guests, except in reserved spaces.
Vehicles must be in current operating condition with current registration.  Vehicle storage is not permitted.
Illegally parked vehicles will be subject to tow-away at the owner's expense

 

Please remember to remove all of your personal items as well as any trash from your apartment. You do have until midnight to vacate. Please leave all of your keys, access cards and remotes on the kitchen counter with the exception of 1 door key. Please lock the door as you leave and place the door key in the envelope we have provided labeled with your name and apartment number. Drop this key at the property leasing office as you leave.
