We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be avilable anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your arrival day.  If you need to request an early move in, please contact us one full business day in advance of your arrival.  We will try to meet this request whenever possible.

Specific instructions about retieving your keys will be provided in your move-in instructions.  Your move in intructions will be provided after all required paperwork is returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing.

Please review your Welcome Binder as it will provide important information about contacting Oakwood Corporate Housing and information about your apartment. Please contact an Oakwood Representative about any defects or any expectations that have not been met.

Parking is open, but there is the security gate at the front.  Please follow any rules the community may post in the parking areas.

• Please leave all keys and access devices (click cards & garage remotes) in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter.
• If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 973.812.6200.
• When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
