If you are not at home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Resident Service Center. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 24 hours, unless otherwise arranged.

If you are expecting a guest, he/she must use the Main Entrance located on Flamingo Road. You may notify the rental office of your guest's arrival, or provide your guest(s) with your apartment number, in order to contact you through our directory. Your guest can contact you through the call box (which will ring your apartment phone number) at the front gate and at the entrance of your building. Please contact our office for instructions. Once your guest arrives at the property and your building gate, you will press 99 on your home telephone for them to gain access.

This community is the premiere apartment community in Las Vegas. The Meridian is centrally located and is two blocks east of the Las Vegas Strip, 3 miles to McCarran International airport and is within walking distance to "Restaurant Row".
