Cat Friendly Communities: This property allows cats. There is a limit of 2 cats per apartment. City Ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside of the apartment. In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your cat. A pet deposit of $300 is required prior to check-in, of which is non-refundable. Dog Friendly Communities: This community allows pets up to 75 total pounds. There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment. City Ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside of the apartment. In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your pet. A pet deposit of $300 is required prior to check-in, of which is non-refundable."  There is also a monthly pet rent of $35/pet.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable.  Please mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community you are staying.  Each property has a community of its own in which you are a welcome part.  Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience.  If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be able to provide you with all of the information that you need.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable.  This will make locating your apartment much easier.   Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible.  If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 215.568.2188 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

This property has open parking for all residents.  Please limit cars to one per resident.  At an additional cost you may secure covered parking, by calling us and inquiring.  Vehicles must be in operating condition with current registration.  Vehicle storage is not permitted

Please do not park in red zones or fire lanes designated for emergency vehicle access.  Illegally parked vehicles will be subjected to tow-away at the owner's expense.  Pleas have your guests park either in the designated guest parking area, or slightly away from the building as to not take up other residents parking spaces.

Check out is at midnight of your final day.  Please leave all keys and access devices (entry cards, remotes, etc) in the envelope provided for you at the time of your move-in and leave on the Living Room coffee table.  If you need to extend your stay, please contact our office as soon as you can at 215-568-2188.  When vacating the apartment we do require a 30 day notice.

There is a fee for unreturned keys and access cards.  There will be $25/key and $100/access card.

Please make sure that all personal items, food and trash are removed from the apartment at time of departure.
