The community offers a state-of-the-art fitness center, and executive business center with high speed internet access. There is also a private dock on the lake for your lake activity needs. If needed, boat and RV storage is available.
A full-size washer and dryer are in each apartment for your convenience. An on-site laundry facility is also available.
Mailboxes are located at the front of the property, after you enter the access gate.
This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guest, however, Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community's leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Please be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community leasing office.
Visitors are welcomed, but must be accompanied by the resident at all times. Parking is limited. Vehicles parked in reserved or restricted areas are subject to towing.
The trash compactors are located between the tennis courts and garages.
