A washer and dryer are provided in each apartment.
Mail boxes are located by the clubhouse.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
Visitors must use the call box and be buzzed in by a resident.
There are trash dumpsters on the property.
