This property offers concierge services, package acceptance, and airport shuttle service.  In addition, they have a pet walking service and plant sitting service.  Coffee is available every morning in the clubhouse.  In the summertime, refreshments are served by the pool.

A full size washer and dryer are located in your apartment for your convenience.

There are three mail box locations.  The first five buildings the mail boxes are located at the bottom of the hill, the second five buildings they are located in the middle of the property, the last five buildings the mail boxes are located at the top of the hill.

This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guest, however, Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community's leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Please be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community leasing office.

Visitor access can be granted by the guest dialing your home telephone number.
