This property accepts pets up to 50lbs.  A limit of 2 pets is allowed per unit.  A $600 pet deposit is applicable, of which $350 is refundable.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. Specific arrangement regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your “temporary home” as complete as possible. Parking is open and unassigned. Please do not parking in area's that are reserved, numbered, or a no parking zones, it may result in a fine or being towed. If you coordinated a reserved, covered or garage prior to your move-in please refer to your move-in instructions.
