An Oakwood representative will contact you shortly after your arrival to ensure that everything meets your satisfaction and to see if you have any additional needs. Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in. If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Please enter the main entrance. There is an Oakwood Representative available 24 hours to show you your new home, and check you in.

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 703.258.3000 with any concerns.

Covered parking attached to building, secured by patrol and cameras.
Parking for one vehicle is included. Each additional car is $100.00/month.
There is unassigned parking in the parking garage.
Guest parking available for $5 per day.

- If you need to extend your stay, please contact the leasing office at 703.258.3000.
- When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
