Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in.
If you require an early check in, please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Keys will be located at the concierge desk after 3:30 PM, unless otherwise organized. Specific key arrangements will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contacty our office directly at 425-861-1175.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier.
Every effort has been made to make your “temporary home” as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival please contact us at 425-861-1175 or 800-557-5506 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Parking is underground parking in this community, and is limited and charged for at a rate of $150 per month. The community has limited parking available for the visitors of Oakwood guests.
|
|
|
- A 30-day written notice is required before vacating your apartment.
- Prior to your departure please set the heat at 60° F and/or the AC at 78° F.
- Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.
- Please leave all remotes, pass cards, and keys except for one door key on the kitchen counter when vacating.
- There is a $50 charge for each gate card or garage remote that is not returned upon move-out.
- You have been provided with an express check-out envelope in your move-in binder. Please place the one key you use to lock the apartment door into the envelope and leave this in the night drop at the apartment office.
