This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your “home away from home” as complete as possible. If parking is open or unassigned, please do not park in areas that are reserved, numbered, or labeled no parking zones. Parking in these areas may result in a fine and/or in being towed. When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation. Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment. Please leave all keys and access cards in envelope provided and take to the apt. community office. If you need to extend your stay, please contact Oakwood Corporate Housing at 602-427-3982 or 866-387-6758. $50 will be charged for any unreturned keys, access cards or remotes.
