This quiet flat is excellent for living in the city centre as it is very close to leisure and cultural offerings and especially the variety of restaurants in this bohemian neighbourhood.
La Latina is an old traditional neighbourhood with numerous bars and other establishments serving tapas in the evenings.
It's also one of the main centres for nightlife with a few bars being quite famous for their jazz concerts.
Plaza de Santa Ana is a common meeting point, and the square itself is quite attractive.
Metro station just 1 minute walking.

The large bedroom features a double bed.
Desk-office next to one of the balconies.
Living room and a dining room which seats six persons.
The apartment is ideal for two but can sleep four if the sofabed in the living room is used.
Additional rooms in the apartment are the fully-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a large shower.
Weekly cleaning is available if you plan to stay seven nights or more and service is available 24hs per day (by phone). There is a phone available but you must prearrange its use.
