Rental Guidelines
Pet Costs
No Pets Allowed at this Property


Check In Procedure
  • Check-in available at Front Desk
  • Provide Front Desk with flight details and estimated check-in time at least 24 hours in advance
  • Prepare photocopy of passport, business card and credit card
  • Complete Guest Registration Card
  • Payment of one month's rent payable upon arrival (Full rent payable for shorter stays)
  • Upon completion of registration, guests will be directed to their apartment


Check In Time
  • 3pm
  • For earlier check-ins, please inform Front Desk at least 24 hours in advance


Key Pickup
  • 3pm; available at Front Desk


Arriving at your Apartment
  • Tour on the residence and apartment will be conducted


Parking and Access Gates
  • Refer to move in instructions for specific parking assignment
  • Parking at areas that are reserved, labeled or no parking zones may result in a fine and/or risk being towed
  • Oakwood is not responsible for any fines or towing charges
 


Check Out Procedures
  • Written notice of at least (30) days is required prior vacating the apartment
  • Remove all trash and food item from the apartment
  • Keys/Access Cards/Remotes to be returned to the community office
  • A fee of US$50 will be levied for items not returned
