Pet Policy
• Two pet maximum per unit (one canine and one feline)
• Maximum weight limit 75 lbs.
• All canines/felines must be spayed or neutered
• All inoculations must be current, proof must be supplied
• All canines must be licensed and must wear collar and current ID tags
• Owners must provide litter box for felines
• Canine breed restrictions apply


Check In Procedure
  •  Complete guest registration form
  •  A photocopy of passport is required
  •  Deposit is collected upon check-ins


Check In Time
  •  2.00 pm
  •  Early check-ins subject to availability


Key Pickup
  •  Key collection from front desk (24 hours)


Arriving at your Apartment
 


Parking and Access Gates
  •   Parking lots are assigned to residents with 24 hours security


Check Out Procedures
  •  Check-out time is 12.00 pm
  •  Key card must be returned to cashier at front desk upon checking out
  •  Additional half day charge is applicable for check-outs from 12.00 pm to 6.00 pm
  •  Additional full day charge is applicable for check-outs after 6.00 pm
