A pet agreement must be signed and a pet deposit of JPY100,000 is required prior to check-in; a mandatory fee for the disinfection cleaning of the apartment will be deducted from the deposit. City Ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside of the apartment. In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your pet.

• Check-in is possible 24-hours. 
• If you arrive after the Front Desk's operating hours (ie 10:00 pm - 7:00 am) our security guard will hand you the key and show you to your apartment. 
• Please inform your expected check-in time in advance.

Customer Services Representatives are readily available during operating hours of the Front Desk to complete the check-in procedure which includes:

• Presentation of Identification
• Filling out our Guest Registration Card
• Prepayment of accommodation
• Administration of other requirements

Standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m.

 

If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.

Your Residence Key will be handed to you upon check-in.

A Customer Services Representative will take you to your apartment and will explain the main features of your apartment.

 

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact Customer Services and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Car Parking is available on-site and arrangements must be made in advance prior to arrival as a Parking agreement should be drawn up.

 

Fees vary between 55,000JPY- 80,000JPY monthly.

 

On-Site hourly parking with an automatic pay station gate is also available for short-term usage.

Residents should vacate the apartment on the date of departure no later than 12:00 pm.

 

Requests for check-out beyond 12:00 pm are subject to availability basis. 

 

Please note that an Apartment Inspection will be scheduled by our Housekeeping Supervisor before your departure.
