We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Our Front Desk operates 24 hours.

Upon arrival you will need to complete and sign a guest registration card and possibly other documentation. We will also photocopy your passport for I.D. purposes, and ask for a business card and credit card for card verification only. Customer Service is available seven days a week to assist you.

Your apartment will be available for check-in after 3:00 pm on your scheduled move in day.

The Front Reception Desk at Oakwood Apartments Shinjuku operates 24 hours and you will pickup your keys at your time of arrival.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier.

 

Every effort has been made to make your “home away from home” as complete as possible. If there is anything that is not up to your standards when you arrive, please call us at (81-3) 5338 3131 and we will take care of it as soon as possible.

Parking availability – JPY2,100/day or JPY 63,000/month. Reservation for car park should be made one month before check in due to limited availability.

When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.

 

Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment.

 

Please leave all keys and access cards in envelope provided and take to the front desk.
