Check In Procedure
Residents with confirmed reservations can check-in hassle free at the Customer services desk available 7 days a week during extended working hours.


Check In Time
-Check in time is 12:00 pm
-Early arrival can be notified and every effort is made to have the apartment ready subject to  apartment availability.


Key Pickup
12:00pm daily or at the time of check in.


Arriving at your Apartment
 
Customer Service represntatives are readily available  during operating hours of Front desk to complete the check-in procedures that includes:
  • Registration
  • Prepayment of accommodation
  • Administration of other requirements


Parking and Access Gates
Parking is available on site and arrangements must be made in advance and prior to arrival as a Parking agreement should be drawn up.
 
Fees vary between 55,000JPY- 60,000JPY monthly.
