Check In Procedure
  • For non-locals, photocopy of passport and visa entry card must be submitted
  • For locals, photocopy of ID Card will be required
  • Security payment by way of credit card or cash will be collected upon check-in
  • Guests will be required to complete and sign Registration Card
  • For stays more than 30 days, an Apartment Inventory Form must be completed
  • For stays more than 30 days, a Lease/Rental Agreement must be completed


Check In Time
  • 2pm
  • For earlier or later check-in requests, kindly inform Fronk Desk at least 48 hours prior arrival


Key Pickup
  • At Front Desk, 24 hour service


Arriving at your Apartment
  • For guests staying 30 days and above, welcome drink and hamper will be given
  • For guests staying on daily basis, coffee/tea/Welcome drink will be served
  • Tour of the apartment and orientation of facilities can be arranged at guest's convenience
  • Other concierge services

 


Parking and Access Gates
  • 24-hour security at property's entrance and exit with guards on patrol
  • 24-hour valet parking services


Check Out Procedures
  • Upon check-out, Apartment Inventory will be taken
  • All incidental charges will have to be settled
  • Credit facility will only be approved by prior arrangement
