• Collection of keys must be arranged when making your reservation.
• ID in the form of a valid Passport or Drivers License will be required at check-in.  A security bond for each apartment may also be required

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access the keys to your apartment will be sent to you after all required reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you did not receive your move in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 602-427-3981 or 866-387-4847.

Rail Lime Street and Moorfields train stations are located within 5 minutes walk from the apartments.

Air John Lennon airport is 7 miles outside the city in a south-west direction. Travel to the airport can be by bus or taxi ride. a taxi fare is £14 approximately. Bus The nearest bus terminal is on Queens Square and a 5 minute-walk from the apartments.

 

In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier. Every effort has been made to make your “home away from home” as complete as possible. Car Parking There is secure car parking situated beneath the apartments at a charge of £12 per day and £14 for any subsequent parking space required. Places are subject to availability and should be pre-booked. Please contact us directly to book.

 

Please refer to your move in instructions for your specific parking assignment and the gate codes for your community. If parking is open or unassigned, please do not park in areas that are reserved, numbered, or labeled no parking zones. Parking in these areas may result in a fine and/or in being towed. Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for any fines or towing charges. When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation. Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment. Please leave all keys and access cards in envelope provided and take to the apt. community office. If you need to extend your stay, please contact Oakwood Corporate Housing at 602-427-3981 or 866-387-4847. $50 will be charged for any unreturned keys, access cards or remotes.
