If you are not home, your mail will be left in the residential mail box or posted through your letterbox of the property, packages will be taken to local post office and a note left advising of this. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
