Laundry facilities are located onsite at the property.  The facilities are coin operated and refer to Leasing Office for hours of operations.

Mail Box location will be provide in your Move In Instructions prior to your arrival.

This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the conditions of packages recieved, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community's leasing office when you expect a package. Please obtain tracking numbers or pertinent information from the sendor or courier service. Please be prepared to show identification at the leasing office.

Visitors can access tenants apartment directly.

There are trash dumpsters located throughout the property.
